Tribute to 2016
In a season of reflection I share a few of the highlights of 2016 which marked my second year in London on a Tier 1/Artist Visa through Arts Council England. I am very grateful to have the opportunity to live and work in a dynamic cultural climate and to collaborate with new colleagues, organisations and institutions. I am never more grateful to be a dance artist whose skill sets include socio-spatial relations, collaboration and connecting through movement. These seem all the more relevant in today's world. I look ahead with hope and anticipation. It is in these times that my practice expands to think bigger and for the greater good while engaging in creative practice, critical thinking and community.
