Butoh Workshop with Nakajima Natsu   Fri Oct 11 5p-9p Sat Oct 12 10a-2p Sun Oct 13 10a-2p   A unique opportunity to study butoh with noted second generation dancer Nakajima Natsu, the first female member of Hijikata’s company. Sponsored by the UCLA Departments of WAC/D, History, Theater and Performances Studies, and JAG MRU.    Free, registration required. You may attend one, two or all three of the workshop sessions     Nakajima Natsu is a noted second generation butoh dancer, the first female member of Hijikata’s company. and a key figure in spreading butoh around the world, notably in Mexico. Additionally she is a leader of mixed ability dance in Japan. Her FREE activities at UCLA from October 10-14 include the following:
