Mindfulness Meditation and Practice in Daily Life: An Integrated Online Mindfulness Retreat April 16-19, 2020 (UCLA Health)

This online retreat will include guided meditation instructions as well as guidance about integrating mindfulness into daily life while sheltering at home.

This online retreat will include periods of:

  • guided mindfulness meditation
  • instructions on integrating mindfulness into daily life
  • small group periods for discussion and social connection
  • playful exercises daily about ways to increase awareness as
    we eatcommunicateuse digital technologyand more!

You should let your family and friends know what you are doing, but this retreat will NOT require complete isolation from them as on normal silent meditation retreats. We encourage as much separation as possible from the use of technology other than for the purposes of the retreat, but we will devote a small amount of time each day, as a group, to practice mindfully checking the news and our personal messages (for those who wish to do so).

This retreat is open to anyone of ages 16+
